Eligibility
- First-time purchases: Full refund within 7 days of the initial subscription payment.
- Renewal payments: Refunds for renewal charges are available within 48 hours of the renewal date.
- Free plan: No payment, no refund applicable.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at y8me284@gmail.com with your registered email and reason for the refund.
- We will process your request within 3-5 business days.
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Requests made after the 7-day window (or 48-hour renewal window).
- Accounts that have been suspended for violating our Terms of Service.
- Partial month refunds for mid-cycle cancellations (your access continues until the end of the billing period).
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Dashboard Settings page. Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free Explorer plan.
