By accessing or using the GritPaw platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. GritPaw is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account.

3. Use of the Platform

The Service is provided for educational purposes. You agree not to: (a) share your account credentials; (b) redistribute course content; (c) use the platform for any unlawful purpose; (d) attempt to reverse-engineer or extract source code from the platform.

4. Intellectual Property

All course materials, AI-generated content, platform code, and branding are the intellectual property of GritPaw. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access course content for personal educational use only.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

6. AI Features Disclaimer

GritPaw uses AI-powered tools including tutors, assessments, and content generation. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses may occasionally contain errors. They are provided for educational guidance and should not be treated as professional advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

GritPaw is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
